Membership Renewal

Due March 15, 2024

We’re grateful that you or your program would like to continue being a part of OMA. Please fill out the form below to renew your membership for the upcoming year.

Program dues are based on a sliding scale as outlined below. Individual memberships are $50. The sliding scale is as follows:

  • $325 for programs with an annual operational budget of over $400,000

  • $285 for programs with an annual operational budget between $200,000-$400,000

  • $210 for programs with an annual operational budget of under $200,000

Checks should be made out to OMA-UCC. In the envelope with your check, please include a note that outlines the following information:

  • The name of your Camp, Retreat or Conference Center

  • Mailing address for your Program

  • Name, email address, and phone number for the Contact Person
